access cover for street light worn out, being dislodged by landscaper. Tripping hazard.

I’m not sure what this box does or belongs to but it is leaking an oily fluid that smells and is killing the grass. Which is creating a brown ring in the grass.

Electrical box needs lid.

The parking lot lights at Crossroads Park are not working. The parking lot surrounding AZ Ice is completely dark, creating a pedestrian hazard especially with kids coming and going.

Our water pressure over the past two months has dipped many times. We checked and it is not over the same time as irrigation, what can we do to see if there is an issue?

The utility box looks burnt.

The temperature of the water that comes to the home is above the expected temperature. There is no cold water it is mostly hot. Would appreciate if you can look into this issue. I know my neighbors are also mentioning this issue.
