Left turn yield on flashing yellow not an option just a red arrow

Traffic control is not being properly maintained. And traffic control plan needs to have an idle worksite plan. No work for 2 weeks and all that needs to be blocked when idle is the turn and bike lane.

There used to be dashed white lines helping people turn into the correct lane, but they have faded. Can the lines please be painted again? People keep trying to turn into the wrong lane.
Location: 202 east bound off ramp turning south onto Lindsay Road.

Please have bike lane lines repainted to allow space for parked vehicles and bikes. I am also interested in RV storage along S. Neely St. North of W. Hackamore Ave. What is required to get permission for RV storage along S. Neely St. between W. Hackamore Ave. and Elliot Rd.?

I’d like to inquire if the traffic light timing on Riggs Road, particularly eastbound, could be monitored.

Issues at the Riggs Road / Val Vista Intersection:
Westbound Riggs Road: A significant amount of traffic turns right onto Key Biscayne/Merlot because when you approach the signal at Val Vista/Riggs, the curb at the gas station sticks out and blocks access to the right turn lane for Val Vista. As a result, it's often quicker to cut through the nearby neighborhood, which I assume is not great for the school or neighborhood.

Eastbound Riggs Road: I’m unsure about the exact timing, but eastbound traffic on Riggs Road takes several light cycles to get through the intersection, especially around 4/4:30 PM. The traffic is often stop-and-go from nearly Lindsay Road to Val Vista. It seems like this could be a quick fix on the timing of the lights.

Southbound Val Vista: There are two lanes heading south towards Hunt Highway, but very few cars actually travel south. Meanwhile, a large number of vehicles turn left onto Riggs Road, causing unnecessary congestion.

I am not sure if there is a better place to make these suggestions, so I thought I'd try here first. Thanks!

Another head on collision at intersection of Higley and Guadalupe Rd. Please place a red arrows . Cars in in the intesection have no time to turn before the next set up lights go green This is the third collision I have stopped to help with in the pat 60 days.

We were at the light for 5 cycles because cars blocked the travel lanes. This was cars traveling north on market and cars turning left into the mall from Williams Field Rd. By the time the roadway cleared for westbound traffic only 2 to 3 cars could make the light.

Turning east from southbound Val vista is terrible. 2 car legally get through on a light. 2-6 cars go. Dangerous and highly inefficient when 20+ cars waiting to turn
