Overgrown property with weeds, grass and tons of trash and debris. Old construction material sitting in front yard, discarded cars, broken vehicle equipment, noise from taking parts off of cars late nights.

this tree and 2 others on this street have been dead for 2 years . what is it going to take to get cut down. 1 of the trees is about fall into the nursery and break the block wall and do serious damage to the nursery. besides the mess they create . please get these cut down asap.

Apparently this was first reported 05/2023 and the tree STILL hasn't been trimmed! This is a huge hazard, we cannot see when making a left onto Boston St, from Gilbert Rd.

The tree branch is just waiting for a good storm to break off into traffic. Thanks

7/8/2024 another week has gone by, and nothing done since first complaint on 4/15/24. Hopefully at this point Newport Homes are getting fined daily while the neighbors around this mess has to deal with the BUG/ANIMAL INFESTATION CAUSED BY THE OVERGROWN DEAD WEEDS!
Maybe the city will step in and do something for the taxpayers after 3 months of dealing with this!

There are two sink holes outside of our property on the corner of the street. There has been a history of sink holes on this same street causing water main damage and flooding. Can we please get these checked out? They are right below the stop sign of Melrose and Rockwell

I am 6'2" tall and this is a weed next to me nearly as tall. Behind Safeway at Val Vista and Elliot there is a huge weed problem that isn't being taken care of. This will invariably contaminate my yard as I back up to this complex.
