The problem with the road sinking is still a concern. It continues to sink and makes it impossible for me to keep my yard presentable. Your records don’t show the water leak in the roadway years ago, but it’s there. The town came out and diverted the water at the time. I watched them shut it off at the valve in the street. I’m sure if you came out and turned the valve on water would be coming up. But either way the dip is bad, cars are constantly bottoming out on it. My neighbors driveway has sunk from this also. The roadway needs to be repaired for safety reasons above all. -

Vegetation & Maintenance IssuesLa qiray85234 Gilbert, AZ, USA - GilbertRiparian Preserve Gilbert Water Ranch: Large number of mesquite sprouts coming up around the "old" bench at the NE corner of Basin 5. That area was just cleared of vegetation and the rains have sprouted a bunch of mesquite right there. Easy to clear now, will block the bench before long though!

S Higley Rd Gilbert, AZ, 85298, USA - GilbertThe intersection of queen creek rd and higley is a disaster. There has been lane curb construction work being done, in between the regional park entrance and Lowe’s, that apparently requires all directions of traffic to be down to minimal lanes. The equipment appears to be abandoned and work has not been done on this project in weeks. The project was already installed incorrectly which is why it is now being redone but the amount of time/money this is costing us Gilbert residents is unacceptable. Please advise.

13953–13999 S Recker Rd Gilbert 85236, United States - GilbertNo turns on Ray road from Recker. Drivers are seeing the red arrow and are not going through the green light at the intersection. The drivers at the light aren’t seeing the lit signs indicating no turns, so they are waiting through the whole green signal with a line of cars behind them. The arrow signal needs to be covered, or no turns need to be indicated in a different way.

OtherFur2915–2917 E Queen Creek Rd Gilbert AZ 85297, United States - GilbertConstruction project is taking WAY too long. No progress made in quite some time and the lane narrowing in the north bound Higley lanes and westbound Queen Creek lanes are causing traffic issues. Finish this project already!

To Whom It Concern-
There is a construction work zone present just north of Ray Road along Recker Road that could use a traffic control adjustment. At this moment, left turn movements from NB Recker are prohibited, but not for any traffic design principles that I can deduce in its current traffic phase. I believe this is a carryover from when the traffic phase was configured as 2-way traffic along NB Recker from a few weeks ago. I have seen motorists commit a number of odd traffic movements in order to make a left turn despite the prohibitive signage. In closing, a traffic control set-up similar to Typical Application 25 of the 2009 Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for NB Recker Road approaching Ray Road should be established in order to prevent further incident at this intersection.
