Deteriorated sign needs replacement before duly white and unreadable

I understand there are issues with the partially built median on Queen Creek in front of Lowe's but can lane restrictions be removed? Traffic back up in the morning and evening rush hours backs up over 1/4-1/2 miles

When will the street sealing and new lines be completed on Layton Lakes Blvd? A number of the temporary lane markers are getting knocked down, broken, etc. There has been little to no work done on the street now for weeks.

The roads in Velvendo were recently resurfaced. Upon completion of the project, they left behind the traffic signs with flags and they have been sitting in the community for several weeks (some of which have blown down). Also the speed hump was painted over the white arrows on one side.

Crosswalks were not repainted after the streets in the neighborhood were redone this summer. School starts tomorrow and I reported this last week.

I am a resident of the Finley Farms neighborhood and would like to report an ongoing traffic safety concern at the intersection of Warner Road and South Moorea Drive.
When traveling westbound on Warner Road at approximately 45 mph and slowing to turn right onto South Moorea Drive, there are frequently numerous vehicles parked on both sides of Moorea Drive near the entrance. Because vehicles are parked along both sides of the street, it becomes difficult and potentially dangerous to safely turn into the neighborhood while also accommodating vehicles traveling northbound on Moorea Drive.
In many cases, cars are parked very close to the stop signs and near fire hydrant at the entrance of the street. This significantly reduces visibility and usable roadway width. Several neighbors have expressed similar concerns for years, particularly during evenings and weekends when both sides of the street are often fully parked.
According to Gilbert parking guidance and Arizona traffic law:
• Vehicles should not park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
• Vehicles should not park within 30 feet of a stop sign or traffic control device.
• Parking that obstructs traffic flow or creates a hazard may be considered a violation.
These restrictions are intended to maintain visibility, emergency access, and safe roadway clearance.
Given the current conditions, I would like to ask whether the Town of Gilbert could evaluate this location and consider installing “No Parking” signage on one side of South Moorea Drive near the Warner Road entrance. Restricting parking to one side of the street would likely improve safety, increase visibility for drivers turning into the neighborhood, and maintain adequate roadway space for two-way traffic and emergency vehicles.
If possible, I would appreciate having the area reviewed by Traffic Engineering or the appropriate department to determine whether traffic control measures or parking restrictions would be appropriate.

On the corner of Recker and Galveston there is almost an accident daily. Cars attempt to make left hand turns or cross all lanes of traffic to continue on Galveston. We need a street light here.
