Town-Wide Issues IYO

I live in Sunview Patio Homes and there are two trees right behind my wall and they are constantly shedding leaves and making my backyard a complete disaster and I would really like them either cut down or someone needs to keep them trimmed more often. I have kids who play in my backyard and they can barely play with their toys because they are constantly covered in dead leaves.

Someone trimmed the pine trees a month ago and the dead branches are still there Plus the cinder block walls should be painted ..

These branches have been there for approximately three weeks.
They are now dried up from the heat and possibly a fire hazard.
This issue has been reported to our HOA management company.
It is the HOA understanding that the owner is currently not at the residence.

these trees have been dead for almost 2 years and need removed. 2 trees are leaning and are going to fall and cause alot of damage to the wall and nursery that is close.

the weeds have gotten out of control in the median areas on warner rd east of Higley rd. This had been this way for months now and it looks terrible driving into Morrison Ranch. is there a reason this isn't being managed?

Overgrowth of weeds on undeveloped land along Coronado/Melrose and in easement areas

I submitted a report on July 27th and nothing has been done to clean up the canal debris yet. The description of the location is in my photo above. Please have someone clean up the described area as it is beginning to become a problem with irrigation and the parcel does belong to the Town of Gilbert.

Town of gilbert came out and removed orange trees from their retention property and left behind a mangled ugly chain link fence that’s an eyesore. The fence is town of gilbert property and needs to be removed or replaced. We should not have to look at this.

Weeds and shrubs are overgrown and should be cut to see when making left out of fire station 6. Thank you

The old irrigation canal parallel to the SRP canal located Between N Cooper Rd and N Horne St to the south of the home at 855 W Heather Ave has not been used for over twenty years. The problem currently is the amount of refuse and weeds that have taken over the irrigation canal. The HOA landscapers are not responsible for this and SRP does maintain the main (large) canal but not this one. Can we get this irrigation canal cleaned up?
