    Leak is behind Regal Movie theater, under sidewalk, 40 feet east of footbridge over Consolidated Canal at Heritage Trail, east of extension of Knox Road.

    It has been leaking for months/years.

    0n 12/6/2025, noticed that the ground across my entire front yard was damp. Shut off all irrigation at the valve on this date. Continued to monitor the area for 10 days without using irrigation and it continued to be damp. Pictures show moss growing in some areas. Contacted our irrigation company who dug a ditch (pictured) to expose the water line from the city water main to our house to monitor for leaks. No leaks have been observed from this pipe for 2 days. Turned off water to the house and monitored the water meter for 5 minutes and there were no changes. Water meter pictured. Need to determine where this water is coming from and would like to request an inspection.

    The website mentions that I can get real-time daily usage. We received a notice from you indicating excessive usage. I checked from the meter to the house and found no leaks.     citizen advised that irrigation overflow is pouring gallons per minute into retention basin. Also advised it's steaming. Officer checked on it and said no known emergency but not sure if it needs the attention of the water department
