    While the Recker road widening project is on hold/out for rebid, can someone from the town walk the sidewalk on the east side of Recker between Ray Rd and the freeway trail. I counted more than 20 significant sidewalk heaves in that section. It would be great if these could be addressed while everything is torn up.

    How can we request to create a "Quiet Zone" ("No Train Horn") zone at this intersection? Based on what the DOT website has at https://railroads.dot.gov/elibrary/how-create-quiet-zone, the railroad crossings here have SSMs in place which would make these two crossing eligible to be Quiet Zones. Right now, train horns blast daily, sometimes in the early morning hours which is a nuisance, so much that it has to be declared on property disclosures which has impact on property values. It's not fun being awakened at 5:00am by blasting horns. Since the crossings already meet criteria for Quiet Zones, it would be great to have those implemented. Thank you!

    Once again I demand the town of Gilbert and Debbie implement a traffic signal at recker and Galveston. This is an extremely difficult area to turn left and is only getting worse with traffic becoming ridiculous.

    What is the plan for the ditch, for run off water,
    on Riggs road (in Gilbert) to the east and West of Constellation Way?
    Its unappealing seeing just dirt. For years I figured it was unfinished but now that Adora trails is close to completion, and the new storage facility is completed, I’m left wondering if the town will finish that now. Perhaps add rocks?

    The view screens need to hang on the inside of the fence instead of the street side of the fence. Bicyclist are getting all tangled up and crashing as the material gets in their spokes and handlebars!
    It is hard to even walk or jog on the sidewalk with any breeze.

    People are too stupid to handle the construction and think there is a 4 way stop at appleby and val vista causing more traffic delays and near accidents. There needs to be a sign for north/south traffic stating its not a 4 way stop.

    Construction on traffic lights at this location began in December, but has stopped for at least 6 weeks. What is the reason for the delay, and when can we expect construction to resume? There are open trenches, and the area has become an eyesore.

    Is there a schedule or timetable to add a lane (widen) E/B Ocotillo Rd between 148th Street and Val Vista? The former agriculture field on the south side of Ocotillo has been graded for roads and residential. There are power poles that need to be moved before a curb lane, bicycle lane and sidewalk can be completed. Any estimate will help. Thanks
