The water trap is overgrown with invasive trees and water reeds and has become a breeding ground for rodents and mosquitoes. Castings from the trees and aerial seed castings from the water plants create extra maintenance for heat pumps and pool filters. The extra pollen from the overgrowth create additional allergens that nobody wants. Also, the dead dried out vegetation is a fire hazard.
