There is broken tail/head light and metal in the road at the corner of Merlot and Val vista that needs to be swept of out of the road from an accident

Does the town of Gilbert no longer maintain the trees and brush along the powerline behind Cactus Yard? Seems all maintenance in this area stopped when the water recovery well project started 3+ years ago. The tree limbs and brush encroach on the sidewalk and the area is just overgrown with brush and weeds. Also due to no upkeep seems individuals are dumping their waste there.

Stop sign is blocked by tree. Drivers can't see the stop sign which could cause an accident if unfamiliar with neighborhood. This is also an intersection where elementary school kids cross the street with assistance of a crossing guard. High traffic area of neighborhood.

The median landscaping is too dense/too high on Higley Rd between Superstition and Ryan. When we try to turn onto NB Higley from Superstition, it is difficult to see cars in the lane next to the median. (Notice the barely visible car in my photo)
This is going to cause a collision.
This is not the first time I have reported this.

This tree branch has broken and has fallen onto this fence since the beginning of December and has been repeatedly reported to the Highland five HOA but nothing has been action as it’s on the homeowners property and they are renter for that branch is hanging on by a thread, and it is gonna fall into the sidewalk soon which is next to the school on Friday and the kids were constantly walking and riding their bikes and scooters every day so it’s a hazard to them and also myself who is a neighbor in a community nearby that walks a sidewalk every day for the last 45 days so that it’s been like this
