Appear to have sunken water main box on freestone parkway between Douglas Ave and Ford on west side of street

Nothing has changed with the amount of water we have used. We had irrigation specialist come out and they replaced our valve shut off. We had a plumber inspected it. No issues were found. Our water bill is outrageous and does not reflect our usage. This is a household of 2.

Can you please come out and assist because honestly we love our home and our area, but at this rate our water bill is so high that we are concerned about our city, environment, and our overall well-being. This is 8x higher than our average bill. We attempted to call and email you multiple times, with no response.
Just letting you know we had to pull money out of our retirement due to the bills after trying to reach out for a month. ol nl g

We had a massage unexplained water usage increase for a couple of months

June -43k (normal for this time of year)
July -61k (NOT normal for time of year)
Aug -80k (extremely higher than normal for time of year)
Sept -43k (normal for this time of year)

The only time our water usage has been this high was when we had a water main break in 2022 and we had that repaired (since that happened, we now check that every week to make sure there are no leaks), and when we over-seeded our large backyard in the winter for our son's weddin and used sprinklers Otherwise we use flood irrigation for our backyard

We had a professional out in July 2025 to do an extensive (and expensive )inspectionof our pool and they found no leaks
Many of my neighbors have also complained about unexplained spikes in usage Could we have someone come out and check?

Tree trimmers ran over meter and disconnected it

I believe a new water meter was installed earlier this year. Communication from the Town of Gilbert stated that it's possible that some meters were installed incorrectly, and, therefore, are showing higher water usage. I believe I can request that someone come out to my home to inspect the meter to make sure it has been installed correctly and that it's working correctly.

The owner lives out of state. The HOA Manager reported to the owner that the landscaper discovered a water leak "domestic line near the meter box". They said it could be on the City's side, or the owner's. Is this something you could help determine, or should I send out one of our vendors?

We had a plumbing emergency. The Plumber had to shut off the main water, (at the meter), to my property. The meter/main was extremely hard to shut off and could have broken in the process. It was recommended to have the shut-off replaced by the Town of Gilbert. Please replace this for us. I have lived in this house for over 28 years. I am not aware of it's ever having been replaced.

Hello! We discovered a Sinkhole in our front yard, near the end of our sidewalk and it seems to be going under the sidewalk as well as the public sidewalk and towards the road. We discovered it after I stepped through it and when this happened, I sunk down to my knee. Hoping to have this fixed soon before someone else is injured or it reaches the public driving road.
