Instead of removing the damaged area and refilling it entirely with concrete they instead left the area as it was and filled it in with whatever material they use for the streets. This is a sidewalk and NOT a street. This was a quick fix, an eyesore and needs to be corrected immediately. -

A few days later, they came to the neighborhood and grind concrete and other areas but completely skipped this portion. Please come back and finish the work that was started.
