NO PARKING SIGNS AND STOP SIGN KNOCKED DOWN ON MAGNOLIA

Second Notification: WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO FINISH STRIPING THE INTERSECTION? LEFT TURN DASHING MISSING. DIDN'T GET DONE BY THE END OF THE DAY AS PROMISED TWO WEEKS AGO!!!

My name is Clyde Shufran and I reside at 283 S Tiago Dr in Madera Parc Estates. My backyard looks out onto Cooper Rd where the road construction is in progress. Unfortunately, my house is located immediately adjacent to where the TRANSITION from the new asphalt pavement to the old pavement occurs. Since completing the overnight shift of Cooper Rd traffic to the west side of the road, the extreme loud banging noise and jarring vibration from trucks hitting that TRANSITION in the pavement is very unsettling. In particular, the large semi-trucks that speed up and down Cooper Rd are mostly contributing to this problem. I would appreciate it if you would investigate this issue and initiate a solution ASAP. This pavement TRANSITION needs to be improved! The transfer from 'old to new' pavement is TOO ABRUPT and needs to be gradually 'feathered' to reduce the loud banging and vibration that is occurring.

Your immediate handling of this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Crosswalks were not repainted after the streets in the neighborhood were redone this summer. School starts tomorrow and I reported this last week.

The town has spent a great deal of time, money, and effort, to fix the water drainage problem on N Oak, between W Elliot and W Park Ave.
I’ve been watching the progress, in the section of the street located at 101 N Oak, along with several other of my neighbors in the area, and we can see where the design Gilbert has decided to go with is going be a hazard. There has already been two near accidents and one person actually went up on the curb into the gravel, and they haven’t even finished the construction yet!
At this location there used to be street parking for the old library, and then the AZCEND/CAP office.
Now, about halfway down the street, there is a section of curb that comes out almost to the middle of the street then goes back in again. So now either way one enters Oak St they are going to have to maneuver their way around this eyesore, it make’s no sense.
They should’ve either, made the entire street wider or, bring the curb out, even with the front of the Community Center and leave an area for foliage between the curb and the sidewalk, like that building is, and it would’ve looked really nice. And visitors could park in the back.
I can’t imagine what it will be like when the through traffic resumes here, it would’ve made more sense to just widen the whole section when you put in the runoff drains.
Now, it’s just more accidents waiting to happen.

Cullumber is missing white lines separating the oncoming and outgoing traffic. Difficult to distinguish where to line up if making a left on McQueen.

The construction barriers put up on Pecos eastbound between Greenfield Rd and Higley are causing tremendous delays for us that live in Higley Manor! To make things more frustrating, there wasn't even any work being done today at all that I saw. Can't this all be taken down at night and just placed when/where it is absolutely necessary if work is being done? dt
