At the intersection of Val Vista & Riggs, the street sign is starting to fade out. I think it's time for new blue street sign.

LEFT TURN ARROW TO GO E/B ON PECOS IS NOT CHANGING

signals out all 4 directions at GILBERT/WARNER INTERSECTION

stop sign knocked over in common area on west side of facility

Gilbert Southbound turn signal onto E Elliot Turn arrow light out on middle intersection signal

NOT GIVING GREEN ARROW ON WEST BOUND TRAFFIC

LIGHTS COMPLETELY OUT AT BASELINE AND LAKEVIEW VILLAGE

On the corner/roundabout of Oxford and Swan, one of the street signs is missing. I’m guessing the Swan one.

No lane markings on a small portion of Westbound Guadalupe, just before Recker. There is no stripe in the left turn lane on Westbound Recker just before Guadalupe.

Traffic/Construction cones were placed on our street past the blocked 1 way entrance. This is still a private street and is not included in any construction easement and the residents were not ever notified of the additional cones/signs. These cones block traffic on our street down to one lane further down than the necessary street entrance block. These cones also prevent multiple residents from pulling our trailers out of properties. Remove these from our private street immediately.
