    Hello-a water drainage system by Germann and Val Vista has an open hole. The cover is off the hole and was on the street. It blew out my car tire. I am requesting the city to fix the issue and reimburse me for the damages to my car. The incident occured arround 6:30 pm tonight, Nov 13. I have more pictues and video of the damages.
