North parking lot is very cluttered with low lying tree limbs that touch the tops of parking cars and peoples head walking into the University building. There are dead plants, low lying scrubs overhanging planters, ill looking grass, not getting enough water. Empty areas where past trees/plants died and never replace and dirt is showing through rocks. Emitters dripping water on nothing, no plants, wasting water. All area needs to be blown as there is a lot of tree branches and leaves all over all walkways. What is the routing landscaping maintenance schedule?

Neighbor's home has abandoned vehicles in the driveway, weeds growing out of control in yard, in sidewalk and driveway joints, in streetscape. Already reported to HOA, issues remain unaddressed and has gone on for many months. When vegetation dries out, it will be a fire hazard.

Weeds overgrown and crowding the stop sign at Regal Drive. Weeds out of control along Higley road wall from Regal to Coldwater and Regal to Mewes Road.

There is a "No Man's land" behind Arizona Financial and the Sonoran Vista Sub-division that No one maintains, it is constantly overgrown with weeds and trash, is a constant fire hazard, and vermin and feral cat breeding ground...

Does the town of Gilbert no longer maintain the trees and brush along the powerline behind Cactus Yard? Seems all maintenance in this area stopped when the water recovery well project started 3+ years ago. The tree limbs and brush encroach on the sidewalk and the area is just overgrown with brush and weeds. Also due to no upkeep seems individuals are dumping their waste there.

Owner has had large piles of landscape debris at the curb for almost a month. It is now extremely dry and a fire hazard and needs to be removed.

One of the baby trees in the median south of Willis/north of Germann has a broken stake tie The tree has fallen down It is not dead or broken Bent only but needs restaking asap

Over 10" tall weeds and now some trash. I'm sure the businesses renting there aren't happy about this either
