    This is a neighbors home who has had a leak for at least 8 months now. Several homeowners in the neighborhood have talked to him, HOA has been informed and done nothing, and a Gilbert 311 report was submitted in July. The owner has still done nothing to fix this problem. Algae has grown all over the area, calcium deposits have formed on the street. Neighbors have gotten together to clean the sidewalk of algae, but the leak is still going strong and just fills the sidewalk immediately after we all clean it. Photos were taken June 26th and still remains. We are unsure if this can be resolved through Gilbert or if legal action needs to be taken. Please advise. This is leaking on to our sidewalk and in front of our driveway and is very frustrating after this amount of time with no action being taken by homeowner. Thank you for your assistance.

    The irrigation system is flooding and overflowing the center median on Power Road between Village Pkwy and Ocotillo Road. It is a huge waste of water and resources.

    This was reported on 9/3 and again on 9/4. As you can see in the pictures, it has not been completed.

    We recently discovered our water bill went very high indicating a possible big water leak whcih was not noticed by the old resident residing in the house. From checking things real quick, we thought it was coming from the irrigation while the landscaper has replaced a water feed valve in the ground but we are not sure it is fixed now. We are asking to see if there is a option utility auditor will come over and met us to go over the meter and help us to segment if leak is repaired.

    The first two photos show the leak observed on August 29th. The final three photos are as of September 5th. We submitted a work order through our property management company and they hired a company to come inspect the leak in the front yard leaving the property in its current state. The property management company then relayed to us that the work order needs to go through the city.
