According to my utility bill, my water usage has tripled, and j would like my meter checked.

Leak and flood at water main. Been leaking 3 weeks. Both meters under water. Please send someone to repair

The concrete cover on the south side of Indigo Bay— in our yard and closest to the sidewalk— is cracked and broken. We believe it’s a city utility cement cover that requires replacement. It’s been that way since we purchased the home but it’s become more of a hazard recently when walking nearby. Would love to have someone take a look and either replace this or instruct us on next steps. Thank you!

Water is possibly leaking from main

water meter leak coming from the box located at the SW corner of ocotillo and greenfield intersection. Be careful walking in the area due to possible sink hole areas. Ground is heavily saturated and seems to be prone to collapse.

We are watching a friends house and the meter started leaking Wednesday morning. It is getting larger so that leads me to believe it is not irrigation, but it is getting kind of mushy.

My plumber came to replace hos bibs & spigots as well as faucets. He couln't get the water meter at the street to shut off. I call over 10 weeks ago to request for it to be replaced. I've yet to hear back.

I need someone to inspect my meter and verify it isn’t faulty. It is continuously running and we have verified there is no leak on the property. The meter is old and likely has issues. It needs to be addressed urgently.

Water pouring out of main line at the house

Water leak in the meter box. The water to the building has been shut off as it is flooding the sidewalk and retention area.
