    The Town has stated that homeowners are responsible for maintaining landscaping within the public right-of-way and has required residents in College Park Country Estates to sign a Covenant of Ongoing Landscape Maintenance or remove their trees. However, the Heritage District neighborhoods continue to receive Town-provided tree and landscape maintenance in the right-of-way.

    Why is the Town maintaining those areas if this work is supposed to be the responsibility of adjacent homeowners? The policy should be applied consistently across all neighborhoods.

A second round of weed spraying should take place as they are sprouting up all over again. Not only in the fenced in area, but also the sidewalk areas along Wade Dr and Galveston.

    We are beyond frustrated! There is a tree sitting behind our property on the Chambers of Commerce parking lot that has completely infested not only our yard but our neighbors’ as well. We are constantly battling this—spending our weekends cleaning it up and even hiring professionals every month to remove the invasive growth. It’s become an ongoing headache that’s both inconvenient and expensive.

    The old irrigation canal parallel to the SRP canal located Between N Cooper Rd and N Horne St to the south of the home at 855 W Heather Ave has not been used for over twenty years. The problem currently is the amount of refuse and weeds that have taken over the irrigation canal. The HOA landscapers are not responsible for this and SRP does maintain the main (large) canal but not this one. Can we get this irrigation canal cleaned up?

    These 3 pine trees have been dead going on 2 years. 2 of them are about to fall into the plant nursery and cause a huge amount of damage to the wall and the Nurseries plants. 2 are leaning really bad. the other one is just an eyesore and creats a mess of dead needles and branches. but this needs to be addressed and cut down soon before they fall on a car or the wall. Please cut down.
