There is a "No Man's land" behind Arizona Financial and the Sonoran Vista Sub-division that No one maintains, it is constantly overgrown with weeds and trash, is a constant fire hazard, and vermin and feral cat breeding ground...

There is about six or seven red push pistache trees on the North side of the path that have the leaves shriveling up It may be a lack of water. Several trees west of there have already been cut down that have died.

Can you please trim this tree that is overgrown and now well below the wall height? I appreciate its shade but it's gotten a bit out of hand Thank you!

The front yard of the single-family residential home is filled with very high grass and weeds. There may be violations in the rear yard, but it is not visible.

I am inquiring if fire hydrants in established residential areas need to maintain a 3 foot clearance around the circumference of the hydrant?

The property at 3832 E. Packard Drive has planted a larger bush and rock next to the fire hydrant.
