Recurring problem, Large Pine trees in back yard dead/not being watered. Overgrown bushes/ ladders/old furniture piling up in yard. scorpions also in yard. back yard is full of litter.

There is a large amount of litter on the property and also on the sidewalk and street adjacent this property.

On the center divider on Higley Rd between Chandler Heights and Riggs Road Dead trees and bushes, weeds The entire stretch of areas needs to be cleaned up Lived here over 3 years and it's been this way Also see some broken irrigation and water running all morning long

large construction dumpster is overflowing and has been like this for weeks. is an eyesore and unsanitary. needs to be picked up.

Leftover fireworks not disposed of properly at Ash and Gilbert Rd.

There are two sink holes outside of our property on the corner of the street. There has been a history of sink holes on this same street causing water main damage and flooding. Can we please get these checked out? They are right below the stop sign of Melrose and Rockwell

Palm tree out of code - hazard with scorpions as they nest there

I am 6'2" tall and this is a weed next to me nearly as tall. Behind Safeway at Val Vista and Elliot there is a huge weed problem that isn't being taken care of. This will invariably contaminate my yard as I back up to this complex.

The landscaping by the water retention plant on 174th St. the plants have not been trimmed for 2 and 1/2 years and several of them are dead and need to be removed. Gilbert’’s landscaping in most areas that the City maintains has really gone downhill sadly.
