Town-Wide Issues PLUS

This large unused irrigation/meter box was left at my home when repairing a water meter leak several months ago. Please have someone come pick it up next to the garage door/trailer gate.

Gilbert workers came out to check valve and flush fire hydrant at Park & Hobson St. Bgan work on valve/box in our driveway at 7:30 am. Noticed water off at 10:42 am and saw water streaming from valve box. Informed Gilbert worker, who checked but did not further address. At 1:27 pm, noticed that water still streaming steadily from the valve box with puddling in yard, drive and street. Called to inform of issue and was told that (1) someone would be out today to address issue today (closed Friday through Sunday) and (2) our water bill will be adjusted due to water leak.

Could the town check to see if our water meter is reading correctly. Since the new billing system started our water usage readings have doubled. We already checked to see if the meter was running with no water turned on and it wasn't. We have artifical grass and no pool so if we had a leak it seems like we'd see water pooling somewhere. We just want to be sure it is correct. Thank you

Water meter appears to be leaking.

During the past few months a Gilbert worker came to my home and changed out my water meter to the new reader. Tiday my water started leaking inside the box. Thought it may gave been a problem with my drio ststem. I turned off the water to ky drip system, empempt out the box at the water neter sbd nie it is filing up again. I believe a new water meter was installed earlier this year. Communication from the Town of Gilbert stated that it's possible that some meters were installed incorrectly, and, therefore, are showing higher water usage. I believe I can request that someone come out to my home to inspect the meter to make sure it has been installed correctly and that it's working correctly.

I FINALLY figured out why I couldn't create a log in to Gilbert's new utility billing platform- you guys have our zip code as 85296! Correct zip is 85295. (I had to type in 85296 in order for it to recognize me in the new system, and now I have an account set up, albeit one that doesn't match my billing info for our banks, so Apple Pay won't work- will have to manually correct billing zip code every month until y'all fix the record.) Bet the trouble others are having creating accounts is something similar!!! Just wanted to share- might save some phone calls! Thanks.

Water leak from irrigation (in ground box) between 3874 and 3866 on East Stiles Ln.

caller indicated that it appears someone ran over backflow water box at this location. water bubbling up and running into the street. officer is on the way to check it out and possibly taking a criminal damage report

Concrete cover on city utility access is broken beyond repair It's located in the front yard in the north east corner of the lot at 3967 This utility cover was broken when we purchased the home , but we never went into our front yard so it didn't matter Now we want to enjoy our front yard and this concrete cover postsa hazard Another utility company instructed us it was a city matter Could you replace this or instruct us on next steps?
