    A request was submitted a couple of weeks ago related to potential controlled trail crossing on Recker between Guadalupe and Elliot, but has since been archived. It would be appreciated if that study would also include providing restrictions to vehicles using the public utility easement as a cross cut from Recker to Power Rd and Highland High and from Recker to the next block west. This easement, while necessary, allows all types vehicles to travel, unrestricted, blending both pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles. It also creates additional noise, dust and potential safety concerns near the residents who live on the border of this access. Thank you.

    Crosswalk light at Recker Rd., just south of the Santan 202 Freeway, needs to be upgraded to those similar at Elliot Rd. and the Eastern Canal/Santan Vista Trail. Current lights at Recker and the 202 are difficult to see at dusk and dawn, so people just zip past them, and almost hit pedestrians and bike riders.

    Back in April, a power pole was knocked over during a storm. Town said it would take "a couple of weeks" for a new light pole to be installed. It has now been two months and residents are still waiting for the light pole in the park to be re-installed. The park has insufficient lighting in the evening and early morning without this light, and it creates an environment that is potentially unsafe for neighborhood park users.

    The temperature of the water that comes to the home is above the expected temperature. There is no cold water it is mostly hot. Would appreciate if you can look into this issue. I know my neighbors are also mentioning this issue.

    Hello,
    There is significant digging and modifications in our front yard since a Gilbert lightest was removed from the neighboring easement.

    We were surprised that there was no notification or information provided to us.

    I did look up our easements online and I only see sewer and water, unless something has been modified that I am not aware of.

    This new electrical box is taking up a large part of our yard. We have never dealt with an issue like this before and we’re hoping to get some clarification.

    1. Is there an electrical easement on our property (book 608 pg 26 lot 153)?

    2. What is the scope and timeline of this project?

    3. Is the electrical box going to still show once everything is done and cleaned up? It looks pretty horrible and we spent over $10k two years ago to relandscape the front.

    4. Who is the contact person I should be talking to about all of this?
