The light at Higley and Michelle cycled with no vehicles waiting on Michelle. Is it possible to check the sensors to make sure they are not being tripped without vehicles present or tripped by someone turning right? There shouldn't be a red for Higley without side traffic waiting.

Approximately 1/2 mile west of Higley Blvd on Frye Road there is a large flagger sign on the side of the road that has been there for months. It is near the intersection of 164th Way. I suspect you would want to retrieve it.

Quartz Road, south of Germann, along with Stonecreek and Partridge, all were seal coated over two months ago but the bike lane striping has not been repainted. Additionally, the yellow striping and lane striping on Quartz Road just south of the Germann intersection has not been property paint striped. We would appreciate getting the striping done completed on the streets.

Stonecreek was sealed back in May and only one side of the bike lanes have been repainted down the sides of the street. The east side bike lane is still not painted. The painters only did half the job.

The Mcqueen does not have any reflectors, which makes the lane line difficult, almost impossible, to see in the rain at night.

On the corner/roundabout of Oxford and Swan, one of the street signs is missing. I’m guessing the Swan one.

Light pole is rusting through and is beginning to lean towards the street. Light pole is in the front yard of 3821 E Encinas Ave.

Broken traffic barricades in temporary lanes, sand bags broken, barricades out of place in lane. The lane clearance area is not being maintained well with the limited lane space in construction area. Construction company needs supervision to ensure traffic can flow freely without having to avoid debris.
