    In May, June I saw an increase in cost, and then July my water rose to $524 It's usually $99 I live in a 1200 square foot home I am the only resident I am not on any of your plans I am in the new portal I have been trying to get on a discount program for months but no one has answered my voice mails I am asking that you check out my meter and help me understand the high cost/usage according to your portal I sincerely need discount assistance The numbers I have receive have not returned my call Please advise Thank you Jennifer Burkel

    This is my 8th attempt at using this app that keeps crashing. And I have sent 5 emails to the city about it. hopefully someone sees this . For 3 months I've been paying $500 a month for water. there is a major leak detected by a plumber at my main.
