overhead traffic light and left turn light missing at intersection while on Andover St. This has been missing for several weeks now

Two safety concerns.
1) It's very dangerous to get out of smith street onto liberty due to on-street parking vehicles blocking the view of any oncoming cars on liberty (usually in the late afternoon & evening)
2) Smith street is a 2-ways street, but, with on-street parking on both sides, it can only fit a single car at a time and can get really dangerous when coming into smith street from liberty when the person turning didn't realize that there is a car on Smith heading to Liberty.

Maybe turning it into a one-way street like the rest of the Smith street? Or put back the 4-ways (3-ways) stop sign like it was 2+ years ago?

9vs635 driver _park wrong side street

Is it possible to make the pedestrian crosswalk light more responsive to those looking to cross this intersection? I walk/bike across this road 2x a day and sometimes can be waiting up to 4-5 minutes for the crosswalk light. Traffic light should switch sooner after pushing crosswalk button. Pedestrian and bikers cross the street unsafely because they need to catch train.

There are no speed limit signs posted on the east bound side of Pawtucket Blvd starting at the Lowell Water Works building all the way to the Rourke Bridge. What is the speed limit along this stretch of the road.
The west bound side has two speed limit signs showing limit of 45 mph. One located at the bowling alley and the other at 815 Pawtucket Blvd. There is also a trailer this week which shows your current speed and the limit at 45 mph located just before the right hand turn for Clyde St. There is a 40 mph speed limit sign posted just before the right hand turn into Wedgewood Circle (1001 Pawtucket Blvd)
Why no posted speed limits signs of the east bound side and what is the speed limit on this stretch of road?

Potentially illegal construction happening in Talbot Square. Workers litter cigarettes everywhere and create excessive noise.

turned house into 2 family under the cover of "inlaw" didn't go to ZBA as all inlaw additions should. In a sea of single family houses this is now a 2 family that looks nothing like anything else for miles. They told neighbors that they are adding 2nd driveway off side street as well.

Power outage

Hello...

Previously the canalway off of Jackson street and the brand new court house has been shoveled or clear during storm, but that wasn’t the case today.

I am in a wheelchair and this pathway is essential for me to get to work, can you please advise and an idea of when the shoveling/plowing will be finished?

Again, it’s the canalway directly acrosss from the bee courthouse and near 110 canal street.

While in the Solution Beauty Salon at 108 Aiken Avenue getting my hair cut about a while back the owner was 3 feet away from me talking in my direction and NOT wearing a mask. Also the employee did not clean the client chair in between clients plus there 5 people in this small salon at one time.
