    Frost heaves, pot holes, ruts, bad expansion joints, Overpass joints etc.

    The cement sections (Overpass joints) were not repaired! or repaved last time the road was repaved.
    Please fix them.- all over the Connector in both directions.

    Mostly Towards Lowell near end and also towards route 3 on the on ramp to route 3.

    There should be no bumps or ruts! anywhere on the roads.

    This is disgusting and I believe illegal. This is the dumpster located at Orchard Hill Ice Cream. It always looks like this (overflowing). It is within a few feet of the next door neighbor, flowing all over the parking lot, etc.
    According to my reading of the city ordinances on dumpsters this MUST be enclosed within a fence structure and locked (unless a variance has been issued - Development Services has told me that none exists). I have seen rats the size of large cats or small dogs rummaging through that pile of trash on numerous occasions. I feel that this is both an eyesore, a nuisance and a public health risk. PLEASE address it ASAP.

    Day in and day out cars are speeding up and down our neighborhood and it's only a matter of time before one of them hits one of our kids. We have a pretty busy neighborhood with kids from the area and with Tyler Park being so close. Could you please post some new caution signs for children in the area, our only one is old and faded.
