Seems like this kind of problem has been happening more and more in our city.

My neighbors next door has been there now for over a year and we've never had a problem like this (or anything at all). It seems to me that most, if not all, of the people living next door are kids. Maybe not physically but mentally. I don't even know how many occupants there is in that house as people come and go all the time. There is easily atleast 4-6 vehicles that take turns parking in their driveway, their lawn, and on the street at any given time of the day. Not sure what the deal is as sometimes their vehicles will come and go every 5 minutes all afternoon and all night. The only i know this is that evrytime they enter and exit their vehicle we can hear them slam the oors from inside our house.

It's not as bad anymore but they used to have parties at night, at one point almost every night, until past midnight and their music is just blaring (you can hear the loud music even with their windows closed, and yes we can hear it inside our house as well). They only slowed down with this once we contacted the city of Surrey and filed a complaint on them.

Now the biggest problem is their garbage. Their bins are usually overflowing with both bagged and unbagged garbage come garbage collection days. Causing some to not make it into the garbage truck and scatter around their lawn and on the streets. It's worse on days when it gets windy as the garbage outside their house gets blown into our lawn and driveway. Also, the people that come and go sometimes just thrown their garbage (paper cups, plastic bags, pop cans, bottle tops, etc) onto the ground. This gets so bad that I'm at the point of getting cctv just to record them do this.

Everytime we approach them they pretend that it's not them, even when caught red handed, and even blame our other neighbors. No way it's the other neighbors as we've never had this problem before. Depends on who answers their door when we knock this is what we hear. We've also tried asking them their landlord's contact# so we can talk to them directly about the issues with their tenants but they always tell us that only their brother knows the number but he is out working and won't be back until later at night.

We want to settle this between ourselves but since they won't take responsibility for their or their guests actions and they won't guve us their landlord's contact info i am left with no other choice but to escalate it to this.

Attached is a picture of the garbage that got to my lawn today after being gone for an hour, i also picked up some more from this morning, and a few times yesterday as well and it is getting more and more annoying to pickup on other peoples garbage.

There are two dogs that are left outside in their secured backyard for extended periods of time. Both of the dogs bark incessantly. They are left out at various times throughout the day, sometimes as late as 1:00 a.m., and will continue to bark until they are eventually let inside.

Hello. I live in a condo apartment in which some people have pets. One of the tenants in the building that I live in has a dog that barks at all times of the day. At late at night (for example, 1030 PM), mornings (for example 8 AM). This dog will bark excessively for up to 10 minutes or more. I am unsure of the reason for its barking including the reason the pet owner allows it to bark for long periods of time. It is annoying to say the least. Please help. Is there a bylaw to prevent this? What can city officials or bylaw officials do to help?

Animal trap that snaps when stepped on
It's a large metal trap I thought was illegal. It's by the kids play place in the bushes. There is a daycare and many kids and their pets that walk by. Someone could get hurt.
