Animal trap that snaps when stepped on
It's a large metal trap I thought was illegal. It's by the kids play place in the bushes. There is a daycare and many kids and their pets that walk by. Someone could get hurt.

Many noisy cars frequently driving day and nights and late nights to and from the basement at this property. Bunch of young renters live in this basement suite who are new in the area (from about a month).They also occupy curve side parking spaces of home owners and others. Seems like some sort of illegal activity in operation. Finding it very difficult to sleep at nights....huge ongoing disturbance. I don't think the home owner has any respect for the neighborhood's peace.

Sounds like there is an outdoor concert being held at those house: 14109 114 Avenue - or they have very large speakers set up outside and are just partying outside. There are a lot of cars there.

garbage overflow

Neighbours dog is left outside all night long, large dog that barks all night long. The noise travels all up and down the back alley, wakes our entire household up and keeps us up all night.

Dead raccoon on sidewalk, northbound 152nd st, just south of 81st Ave.

There is a dead raccoon on the north side of colebrook road between 192 St and the parking lot of High Knoll park. It’s been there since this morning. Another live raccoon was hovering around the carcass. I just drove by it at 9:30 pm and it’s still there.

It appears there is a large Japanese Knotwood bush growing on the north-west corner of Fraser Highway and 189th Street. This is a dangerous invasive species.
