    This is also a traffic issue. The houses in this cul de sac have suites within with 13275 having two suites in addition to the main household. These home owners - especially 13275 - are not providing tenant parking and the cul de sac becomes crammed with cars with no parking for visitors. Please enforce secondary suite rules. These folks are putting our children and others at risk due to parking on yards, outside of boundaries, on angles. It's crazy.

    134 a street and the fitness center area has loud cars the speed and blast there boxes in their cars 24 7 and it is causing no sleep and school will start for the children and it will be even more dangerous for them to have to deal with these cars I hope something is done before someone gets hurt .
