The construction time allowed by the city of Surrey is 7AM until 9PM from Monday to Saturday but the construction crew starting the machine and the noise at 6:45 sometime earlier... I think 7PM is early enough especially on week end. I cannot sleep more because of that....

The people who lives in that house moved in last summer and since they moved in they've been partying, listening to music loudly, inviting people everyday, weed smells everyday...what can I do.

With all the troubles in the world we are lucky to live right in the middle of Surrey, BC. Spring is in the air the crocuses are in full bloom and the odd daffodil is showing its colours and the thing I look forward to is the arrival of the pair of ducks that come yearly to spend time at the pool in Holland Park. Last year they nested close by. So I was lucky enough to see the young chicks swimming with their parents for the first time. Yesterday they arrived back with another couple. But the the thing I look forward to may never happen again the reason being there was no water in the pool. On my walk today the ducks were no where to be found so we can all shed a little tear all the troubles in the world will fade away the things that will keep us sane are the little things like returning of the ducks.

Is it an offence for kids to play street hockey on the neighborhood street? At times they use a ref whistle. Is this a noise offence to the neighbours? City sent a noise complaint report. This is absolutely disheartening that children cannot be kids and play outside their own home without trolls complaining and have nothing else to do. From my understanding it takes three neighbours to file a complaint. Is this correct? What has this workd come to if children cannot play outside, and have fun considering the pandemic circumstances? How awful can people be!
