Duke, Spectrum & Wow! all claim this box/tower does not belong to them. We do not know who to contact about removing it. It fell over and is now leaning since Hurricane Milton.

This is a zoned a single family and they’re renting out an apartment in the rear of the home. This is all on the same meter of the house and can cause a fire.

need to adjust the valve box it is sticking up quite a few inches out of the ground after city work was done to the sidewalk extreme safety issue cannot park properly in the driveway.

Who ever cuts these eavesments keeps cutting my Internet line, I have frontier and it is underground so I don't understand how they're doing it unless the deck that they're using to cut the grass is way too low but it is obstructing my working on my computer now I don't have internet until they can come out and fix it¡! This is the second time this year! I don't know what you guys can do about it but I would greatly appreciate an outcome of truth. Thank you!

I do not know who to report this to but on 42nd street and 58th avenue there is a broken cable box and along the side walk going south there are exposed cable wires where the county previously filled in a sink hole (this was installed after it was filled) these are not for our home and I do not know what company installed this but it is a safety hazard for the kids who walk to the lealman center.

Water seems clean an uninterrupted downstream of meter but It appears to be the supply side of the meter.
