I tried reporting yesterday and it was immediately closed and they said it was probably from flushing the lines. That is NOT the case. It has been this way for over a month. Right near a hydrant, so maybe the leak is there. The water reaches several houses down the block. One resident called two different plumbers out for an opinion and was told its not on his property so there's nothing he can do. It is a waste of resources and the stagnant water is gross and a breeding ground for mosquitoes. There are some blue markings on the pavement, but they have been there for weeks. This needs to be addressed. -
