water bubbling up between street and sidewalk

My name is Richard Goodridge. I own the home at 14050 Passage Way in Seminole, FL. The team that installed the new digital water meter in my front yard broke a sprinkler pipe when doing so. Now the new digital meter box fills completely up with water every time the sprinkler system comes on. As you know, this will short out the electronics in the new meter box. Water leaking from a crack in the road in the middle of the intersection of 86th Ave and Oakhurst Rd, Seminole.

No water pressure in our subdivision

the water is slowly leaking (bubbling up) from the cap show in the photos; this has been happening for at least 2 weeks. This is located on the sidewalk in front of the empty lot at the corner of 23 ave and Gulf blvd in Indian rocks beach, on the southwest corner. The water is flowing into the storm drain along the road and the sidewalk is always wet.

Water is leaking between the crack of the sidewalk and the road. It has been wet in that spot since Hurricane Ian. There is still a puddle even after it hasn't rained in over a week.

Water always present across section of NB exit ramp from McMullen Booth Rd ontoTampa Rd. Water is present regardless of whether it is a rainy or dry day. May possibly be a water leak.

Water leaking from the supply line

Potable water line was leaking. Crews came out to fix the issue but there has been major erosion of the roadway.
