There is now two yellow posts, one black post and one that is 1/2 yellow. They abandoned their men working sign down the street. Its laying on the ground killing the grass. Can they finish please? -

The team that installed the new digital water meter in my front yard broke a sprinkler pipe when doing so. Now the new digital meter box fills completely up with water every time the sprinkler system comes on. As you know, this will short out the electronics in the new meter box.
