Pinellas County PLUS

My home was built 4 years ago next to a 50 foot dying tree that had a eagle's nest affixed. Was advised by County of Pinellas, that the tree could not be removed as a result of the eagle's nest, the tree is protected and prohibited from being removed.

Currently, the tree is dead and the Grand Cypress on Lake Tarpon homeowners associated has order the homeowner (me) to have the tree removed. As the result of the tree being deemed protected by the County of Pinellas, I am requesting for the county of Pinnelas to have the tree removed.

Large 40' high tree cut down in back yard without a permit

beside my house there is a lot that belongs to the county. there are two trees on county property that need trimming. the large tree leans to the south and all the wait is on that side. it needs to be trimmed back, the are also some limbs current l getting close the my roof and my neighbors roof. the small tree needs trimming, it's hanging very low and I am not physically able to do it anymore. I'm concerned with hurricane season that they could fall. there are no power lines near these trees.

Pinellas County property, on the former golf course area adjacent to homes in Tamarac! Tree debris all over the place. I picked up many limbs myself this morning and lm a 72 yo female! Also broken wire in your storm gutter area lying on neighbors bushes! Looks like an ancient cable line of some kind obviously hasn’t worked in ages. Please help us. Your park will be nice in 35 years but it’s a mess now! I don’t appreciate paying taxes for 58 years to you but this is now your problem to maintain!

Neighbor cut down big tree after Erma & never replaced it. Has no shade trees on the whole property.

I own a duplex right next door to 1776 Poinsettia avenue Tarpon Springs and their trees are overbearing on our property. I have gotten in touch with Cougar Property Management and they have done nothing to handle their trees & branches nor to clean up their property of debris that are falling all over my porch and elsewhere on my property. Their branches and falling stumps have also damaged my fence of which I have asked them to replace the damaged part of the fence, property managements response is to sue them, I have tenants with 4 year old children and I would hate for someone to get hurt...please do something as I am tired of getting no where...Thank you..... Frustrated home owner

A large tree (some kind of oak) was removed at 1234 Berkshire Lane, Tarpon Springs FL. Several other trees have been removed in the neighborhood. I want to make sure these people have permits to remove the trees and replace them with new ones. I am skeptical that they are removing them properly according to the law.

This live oak tree was cut down to the stump. Discount Tree Service would not show permit to any of us and the neighbors called cops and he refused to show permit to cops. I know he pulled permit for 4 trees but he has trimmed several in here and this tree was not marked too be cut down. I am only asking as the owner of this park is trying to make me pay for a tree that was not on my lot. The tree guy also for 3 weeks has not finished job. I am having to check below dying/fallen tree and it was alive.

Several oaks removed from property on south side. Some may even be in the right of way easement. No permit posted.

2nd large tree removal on Berkshire Lane this week. I am concerned that they are being removed without permit and without replacements.
