    The north side of 3rd Avenue in Pass a grille there is a 2 ft wide, fairly fast moving stream of water, moving from Gulf Way down to Pass a grille Way. The source seems to be coming from the corner of Gulf Way and 4th Avenue and then turning the corner on 3rd Avenue and heading east for the storm drain.

    My name is Rachel Flora and I am the Administrative Assistant for City of Largo Environmental Services. Water is puddling in the northeast corner of the intersection at Rosery Rd & Highland Ave. We investigated the area for issues with our sewer and stormwater and they are flowing as intended. We tested the water and it came back potable. Please investigate this issue for a small leak in the potable water line.
