Water flooding out of meter box!

When buying the home in December I contacted Frontier to have the repair done. I have spoke with them 2 times since to no avail. They have told me to contact the county and submit a complaint for the repair to be done. They started by saying they would have it done to now I need to file a county complaint. So here I am. Please advise.

Redington Shores Parking meters both do not work. 10:25am Saturday. 4 people before & after me tried. No one answers telephone # given. We all tried multiple times to pay.

Broken meter cover on North East end of parking lot of Sand Castle 1 at 20000 Gulf Blvd Indian Shores

Box is crushed on the side of the road. Someone could call and hurt themselves during the night. No streetlights nearby.

I'm not sure what this is but is right by my mail box and it makes me
nervous that they might be live .

I have no idea who to contact. I have 8 metal units in my front lawn for various services for consumers in my neighborhood such as internet, electric, etc. None of them are labeled! I've already contacted Duke Energy and they state none are theirs. One is falling apart and I'm concerned this is a safety hazard. Who do I contact for help with this?

This cable-electric box is outside my house. It’s broken, rusted and a danger for my grandchildren who play on the lawn!
Can we replace the cover or better yet have it totally removed!

Tall box belonged to Frontier and they replaced. We cannot figure out who owns the other two. Middle is likely Duke Energy. Need Duke and whoever owns other box to replace.
