    My neighbor"s have both made adjustments that are effecting the drainage problem I already have, I have put in a French drain as advised, still working on the gutters but this is going to be and endless battle for me, if they continue to do this.

    Property owner removed native trees and expanded driveway. This is becoming a problem and I don’t know why the county isn’t doing something about it. People removing native trees when a new home is constructed and then taking them out.

    Pinellas Arbor Company parked a large utility truck which blocked 3/4 of the roadway (Broomfield Drive). Traffic then drove onto my yard to get around the truck which obstructed the portion of the road. There were no signs instructing traffic that the road would be blocked, only a couple of cones around the stabilizer. The person running the service said that if people saw this they would turnaround. They did not. Instead as the picture suggests they drove onto my lawn destroying some of the turf. The company did not plan a formal detour or diversion of the route. This does not comply with the FDOT's Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
