The City of Seminole received a report that Australian Pines are growing in the ditch along the Pinellas Trail, behind address 11211 69th Ave. There is concern that these obstructions will cause an issue with drainage. This ditch backs up to homes on 69th Ave, east of 113th St.

Yet again, heavy quick downpour resulted in the street flooding.
Ever since the road was paved in 2021/2022, the Culver's and drains do not drain like they used to.
Please do something about it, our homes and yards are at risk.
Please check for obstructions or damaged drains

The storm water retention ponds in our area are holding significantly more water than ever. They are meant to drain slowly over time, however we are concerned they the county drainage field behind our neighborhood is not draining at all. While we have had significant rain, we would like to confirm that the county drainage area flowing appropriately according to the stormwater management plan.

Overgrown vegetation blocking water flow and causing high water levels during storms. The entire retention pond is overgrown with vegetation.

Drainage ditch behind our house is clear and open, when we get even 1 inch of rain, the water drains downhill and then backs up from neighbor's yard into our yard and with last summer's rain in Aug. rose onto our lanai and up to the house wall. Neighbor states his yard drains OK but won't inspect or let us look at the drainage area between our fence and his.

We have over 15 large trees down and broken in the 50 foot county flood drainage easement of Lomond Dr, south of Queen Ann bridge that also has erosion undermined foot path and road. We have called multiple times along with neighbors to have these trees removed but seem to be getting nowhere the last number given was WO #2136045. Last called Amber 6/3/25 and Jordan with operations "Help"

Before the storm comes can this debris/grass be cleared out? We always get flooding during storms and these drainage ditches contribute to it.

The drainage ditch that runs under the entrance to Palmer Circle at the intersection of Palmer Drive and Tanglewood Trail in Palm Harbor is clogged and smelly. We hope you can have it cleaned out soon. Thanks.

Also there is a piece of furniture like a chair thrown in the ditch.

The owner filled in the drainage pipe in his driveway for Anclote Blvd RV & Boat Storage after Hurricane Milton. By filling it in with dirt it has blocked the east side of Anclote Blvd from draining into the swale that travels to Anclote River. This will flood Gulfside Elementary School and our subdivision, Gulfwinds.
