Overgrown and unkempt Pinellas County property along W Klosterman road that has infested rats, rodents, raccoons, poison ivy, poison oak, etc. it is affecting the houses and property at 201 & 203 Timberlane Drive.

Water has been discharging from this pipe that runs from the back of a home for at least 4 months It runs down the street creating a constant and steady river of water that has been killing grass and pools at the ends of our driveways

Please trim overgrown mangroves.

Herbicides have been sprayed into the canal.
Why are the residents not notified prior to prevent fishing, irrigation, etc.
For many years, decades even we received notices on our doors prior to this happening?
What product was applied?

I emailed the following to Cliff last Friday and haven't recieved any response yet. I checked environmental because that appears to be the department that deals with the overlay district in Crystal Beach but it is not a mangrove issue.

Good afternoon, I lhave some concerns about a permit for a single family dwelling at 689 Vincent Street in Crystal Beach. There is a cluster of trees that will need to be removed for the proposed construction and they may fall under the 1.24.3 policy that relates to the Crystal Beach Community Overlay. I don't have access to the plans or arborist report so but it looks like all but three of the trees in the cluster will need to be romved. Will this have impacts on the remaining three trees and will they survive without the support that the cluster provides? I understan development is the owners right and just wanted to verify that the appropriate steps and codes have been met before the tree removal beings. Attached are a couple of pictures. Due to the lack of rain, muddy areas were exposed. Now tall grasses have grown from the bank to the center of Oak Lake. This growth has created a swampy area and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other pests. It is also consuming the water way for fish and wading birds. The former resident of this house notified the county when plant growth would advance in the pond and the issue was resolved. Thank you for your help!

Waterway from Lake Seminole all the way down .Are trees in the water and weeds I was told last year they would be cleaning it up.??
