on 7/7/17 two large, old growth live oak trees were cut down here, probably without a permit. These trees were est. 40 ft tall, perhaps 70 years old and in perfect health. Replacement trees installed in their place are Robellini Palms, which are not on the approved species list.

They have taken down the magnolia tree that was right in the front yard. Aren't they required to replace trees like this?

Massive unpermited land clearing of protected trees and wet lands and environmentaly protected vegetation. No barriers placed on protected trees and no silt barrier/protection of the creek waterway from all the debris.

Would you please add illegal tree removal as a category. I know this isn't a mangrove but you have nowhere else to report it. I keep telling you these people are removing trees one after another and nothing changes.

Continuous planting of areca and bamboo trees 18-20 ft high.

Landlord of Property has 6 ft privacy fence erected on county ROW closing off where utilities run in the County ROW. He has advertised it as his property for renters to use it as parking and storage. This is encumbering adjacent blocks drainage and access.

A pool is being built at 13291 72nd Terrace N Seminole. The contractor is running a pump & emptying the contents of the pool onto my land. Despite repeat requests to the home owner & contractor they refuse to desist. The flooding on our land is causing major problems because it is so water logged. This morning my neighbor had to be towed off her land. The police attended the site this morning & we have filed a complaint. However the policeman felt this was more of a code violation?
