You can also look at recent google street views to confirm and the recent listing online when it was for sale and still a garage. I was also told that interior wall was removed between garage and house and the wall may be load bearing.

    Pinellas Arbor Company parked a large utility truck which blocked 3/4 of the roadway (Broomfield Drive). Traffic then drove onto my yard to get around the truck which obstructed the portion of the road. There were no signs instructing traffic that the road would be blocked, only a couple of cones around the stabilizer. The person running the service said that if people saw this they would turnaround. They did not. Instead as the picture suggests they drove onto my lawn destroying some of the turf. The company did not plan a formal detour or diversion of the route. This does not comply with the FDOT's Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

    This is the second time I have reported my water line leaking out of the on and off valve. Since my last year's request my water bill has gone up extremely high no one has done anything about that please send someone out to repair.
