Even if the parcel is a city parcel- the ditch is county to my knowledge. DO NOT DISMISS DUE TO AUTOMATIC CITY/COUNTY DESIGNATIONS. The culvert along nursery is blocked by debris. We’re trying to unblock what we can because of the flooding in morningside.

Ditch obstructed water won’t flow

The ditches along 126 ave n largo are overgrown and not allowing water to move therefor causing the water during storms to back up with inches of coming into our business.

Full of leaves and tree debris blocked.

A broken portion of a residential dock is located in Allen Creek, immediately south of Belcher Elementary, and is serving as an obstruction.

waterway still has debris from the last storm is it possible to somehow get some people out here to clean it up and cut up the brushes that are in the water???

Last month a crew came to attempt to remove the obstruction of drainage pipe. Pipe is obstructed and penetrated by roots. Crew cut Brazilian peppers but left dead branches in remaining Brazilian peppers along pond edge. I made a pile of small branches, but along with the pile more larger dead branches remain along with the old concrete footings and cut off posts that county left there when putting in newer posts with reflectors. Old request number was 14754387. This was called in to county over a week ago but nothing has been done yet… Can you please: 1. Remove the cut vegetation you left behind 2. Remove the old concrete footings that were not removed by County when newer posts with reflectors were installed 3. Remove the roots obstructing the drainage pipes so that rain can drain into pond? Couldn’t put in pictures of all of these since only 1 photo is allowed…

I live on the corner of 52nd ave north and 39th ave in Lealman. I maintain the drainage ditch in the front of my property. My neighbor has a very heavy vehicle which parks in his driveway over the opening of the drainage pipe. Over the years the pipe has sunk into the ground and the protective materials above the pipe are being dislodged in large chunks. There is only 2 or 3 inches of the pipe visible now and I fear that with an active hurricane season upon us, this largely blocked pipe may cause problems for my community. Large tree branches from Hurricane Helene are obstructing water flow into the easement pipe behind our house. The stagnant water is causing insect & wild life issues. My requesst keep getting closed without resolution & now these broken tree branches are making the problem worst. Its affecting all the neighbors on Elaine Dr & Oak street whose houses back up to the easement.
