    There is overgrown vegetation, tree branches and people’s trash obstructing the water flow. This is causing mosquito and no-see-em issues. Pinellas county surveyed the land and said they sent notices to residence to remove item blocking the easement so they could manage the problem, but nothing has been done. It’s been years since this has been maintained. Please consider filling in easement or scheduling regular maintenance like other areas receives .

    Large tree branches from Hurricane Helene are obstructing water flow into the easement pipe behind our house. The stagnant water is causing insect & wild life issues. My requesst keep getting closed without resolution & now these broken tree branches are making the problem worst. Its affecting all the neighbors on Elaine Dr & Oak street whose houses back up to the easement.

    NO ONE in our neighborhood dumped their hurricane debris/furniture in drainage ditch, it was dumped there by other people in different neighbor. The whole length of the ditch is completely filled which.

    There is only one house on Fulton which has debris to be picked up from storm in front of their home. The other home that had hurricane debris on Fulton had a dumpster to put her stuff in and was hauled off.
