    There are maintenance items adjacent to 14450 46th Street North, Clearwater 33762 that are a hazard to our tenants, pedestrians and students, and the school. I'm hoping you can help. There are a couple low voltage boxes that have rotten covers that are a trip hazard, and are at risk of either people or cars falling into them.

    One's in the right of way at the entrance to the high school, and one is alongside the ditch. See map below. Approximate box locations are circled in red.

    Not sure what category this falls into. The street light across the street from my house at 13102 87th place is dim and not very bright. Much dimmer than the others on our street. Can it be looked into?

    On the south end of the Bunces Pass Bridge near the shoreline is an apparent electrical box in the ground. The top is even broken or it has been removed.

    This may be state property.

    Loose/Hanging wires from utility pole. This has been like this for nearly a year. No company wants to claim ownership of the wires and just says report it to xxx company.... full circle and seems these wires do not belong to anybody. These wire are only about 5 feet off the ground.

    This box is located on the North Side of Lakefront Drive, just West of the intersection with Tarpon Lake Blvd. I noticed the open doors on my walk this evening. I tried to shut the doors, but the hinges didn't seem to work. The box has the number "3109" on it. Looks like telephone wires?
