    The new electrical pole was put in a month or so ago and the grass area was torn up and now sandy on both sides of sidewalk. Also, killed grass from the big trucks parking on the grass. Can you put some Bahia sod down to fix the area. It's an eyesore to our block. Thank you.

    Neighbor (Greg La Forge) dug a trench in his back yard so that all his polluted water flows into our yard, driveway. The trench was dug to end at our fenceline and all this illegal dumping is flooding our property and causes massive insects, mosquitos. It is certainly unsafe polluted water flooding our property. We even paid for and installed a French drain on our side and he continues to dump all his water onto our property. We have children and this is unsafe water. You can literally watch the water flowing from under the fenceline from his trench that he dug.

    sorry but these new signs in the swale gardens on sandpiper and pelican are huge eye sores…can they be any taller??? Random street signs in several yards.. hurts curb appeal of homes and they look out of place.

    No inspections, non-compliance with SWPPP. Silt fence ineffective. Swales ineffective. No drain inlet protection. Stockpiles not protected. No evidence of anyone to sample runoff out after numerous rain events (>.5 rain) for previous 4 months.
    Owner stated there are "constituents of concern" on the site.

    STREET SWEEPER NEEDED From 306 Crystal Beach Ave ALONG HANBY ST- ( not CB Ave)- to Avery- the street has narrowed making it dangerous to walk. When two trucks pass & you’re walking, there’s no space because the sand/ grass/weeds from some yards has drifted in over the years taking over the street edge. There’s no sidewalk or speed bumps on Hanby St. & it’s used as a main exit from Crystal Beach going north on Alt 19. Traffic is heavy and fast even though it’s only 2 blocks. Can you please street sweep the street edges so that drivers, bikers and walkers can at least use the entire paved width of the existing street and walkers/dogs won’t be at risk of getting hit?
