Hello. My name is John Moore and Dan Kautz owners of 8132 Perth Drive in Largo which is a rental home with a tenant occupying the house. I called into the county disaster area and put a claim in online last Thursday for this issue. As you can see, the entire easement with trees was pulled from the ground during the hurricane. We have contacted our insurance company and waiting to hear from the county. I feel that this is a dangerous situation in which a child or someone could get hurt. The trees are leaning on our house and caused some roof damage. I hired a tree service to trim just the tops of the trees away from the house. Trees require trimming to facilitate RV’s, Boats, and large delivery trucks not being impacted or having to veer around, by overhanging tree limbs, and canopy’s. Limb’s clearance requirements is 13.5'

An oak tree overhanging the county maintained road is well below the 13.5 foot prescribed clearance height and is hindering trash removal.

Tree fell during hurricane Milton. Two men came on Sunday that they said they were working on behalf of the county and cut some branches.
But the tree is somewhat over the sidewalk suspended in the air. It's roots are partially intact and holding on for now, but a storm or even some rain might finish knocking it down and it's a bit of a hazard for pedestrians. The tree also hit a palm tree next to the street and tilted it towards the street - not sure if that palm tree is secured enough not to fall over towards the street under the right (wrong) circumstances.

This is a tree and vegetation issue. A tree branch is overhanging the road and can hit taller vehicles. The vegetation on the side of the road is extending over the road making the road quite narrow.
