    Subject: GARBAGE LANDFILL ISSUE.

    Mandatory recycling is NOT the answer... 1. Difficult if not impossible to enforce, 2. Residents do not all have the personal space for more than one container at their homes.

    I was under the impression that trash sorting for recycling purposes was done after garbage trucks unloaded. If not then why not?

    We pay approximately DOUBLE what Pasco residents pay!! Why?

We keep getting tossed around between transportation and we don’t know how to fill out a proper report to get this to the right people we need help.
