    Complaint (727-798-0337 wants to remain Anonymous) of live oak removal with no permit by citizen. They called City of Seminole, but it is not in city limits. Not sure what your regs state about large live oak removal-if permit needed/reforestation required.

    There’s is tree debris all over the neighborhood. We have a blind woman living here and she cannot navigate around the debris blocking the sidewalk and the roadway. It is also creating a hazard for drivers as the whole neighborhood is basically down to one lane.

    This pic is the beach on the N side of Causeway Blvd just before the bridge. Why is it not getting cleaned up? It was clean last year before Ein, but was never cleaned after that hurricane or after Idalia. It’s causing a horrible smell in the neighborhood on Ward Island and the beach is unusable.     I know it is not mangrove, but there are no other tree categories.

    This homeowner has removed 2 mature oaks and now killed and cut down a mature pine. I referred the oaks to you a long while back and they have not been replanted why? I have read the tree code and there are replanting requirements.

    Eastlake Woodlands, Condo V Association hired their landscapers, TLC Lawn Care (who were probably not licensed to perform such work) to dig trenches underground and connect our buildings gutters and downspouts via pipes which then drain directly into a lake which is common property to other associations, and not the property of ELW Condo V. Per "Pinellas County Ordinance No. 06-13, Chapter 58, Article VI requires illegal connections to be disconnected
    from the stormsewer and waterways
    with daily penalty fees for noncompliance." These connections should be removed at once.
